Who We Are
Church at The Well is "church done differently". Through authenticity, relevant messages, energetic modern worship with a relaxed environment, and dynamic outreach both to the local community and the global world around us, we are redefining the church experience.
What We Believe
Our 5 Core Values:
Real - all of us have real problems and none of us are perfect
Relevant - Scripture is alive and breathing, so messages and worship are designed to be applicable to our lives
Relational - we are created to be in a relationship with each other as we are one body of Christ
Revolutionary - a relationship with Jesus Christ will challenge us to change and we should embrace the change
Reaching Out - compassion for others is a result of our connection to Jesus Christ.
How we live this out:
Connect - connect to Jesus Christ and each other in worship
Grow - grow in our faith through small groups and Bible study
Serve - serve the community of faith with our individual gifts
Share - share with the world around us so we can make a difference in the world for Jesus Christ

How We Serve
We believe we are called to serve in response to what God has already done for us. As one Body, we all have different gifts, and we recognize the importance of each one. Church at The Well encourages everyone to discover and utilize their gift in service within the community of faith. In doing so, our lives are transformed as we reach out to touch the lives of others.
Missions
Church at The Well partners with other churches and organizations to invest in missions both locally and globally. We believe that these efforts are crucial in following God's command to share the love and message of Jesus. In doing so, we are making another step towards being fully devoted followers of Christ.
And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it - Matthew 24:14
LOCALLY - Church at The Well is actively involved in the Backpack Buddies program, Cartersville Dances With the Stars, First Nights Survival Kits and Bartow Give a Kid a Chance.
GLOBALLY - In addition to our local programs, Church at The Well members are invested in Andros Island, Liberia and the Philippines. It is our deepest desire to remain committed to these areas, and to be open to wherever God leads us in the future!
